With the 17th-Annual Bank Hoops All-State Camp just over a week away, here is another look at a prospect college coaches will want to check out September 26 at Morey Courts in Mt. Pleasant.

One of the top guards in Michigan’s senior class, 6-4 Ethan Crabtree from Coldwater.
But this kid in Oakland or Kent counties, and he’s a household recruiting name as a 6-4 dunking point guard with a 6-6 wing span. One who can play with the big boys like his 24-point regional effort last spring against East Lansing; or 27 and a flurry of dunks against Battle Creek Central in the districts; or battling D2 state runner-up Battle Creek Pennfield in league play. Even still, Coldwater senior Ethan Crabtree is no stranger to coaches on top of their game, with offers from the likes of Madonna, Hope and Aurora. Has high-end hand-eye skills and some wiggle at the 1, with the chance to do some big things once he meets a college weight room. He averaged 17 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and two steals per as a junior, with a 3.5 gpa.
