With the 17th-Annual Bank Hoops All-State Camp less than two weeks away, here is another look at a prospect college coaches will want to check out September 26 at Morey Courts in Mt. Pleasant.

Adrian senior Joe Francis, defending at the Up North Challenge.
A pure scorer out of a town that’s had some good ones, 6-4 Adrian senior Joe Francis averaged over 20 points per game as both a sophomore and junior, then had a strong summer for one of the state’s top 17U AAU teams M&M Boyz. As an upperclassman Francis has expanded his game, using his wingspan and bounce to extend and finish over the rim, attack closeouts with a big first step and become a plus defender as well as offensive threat.
